Steel Reinforcements available in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for RCC
Steel reinforcements (re-bars) are one of the most vital materials used in the construction industry and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia isn't extraordinary & different in this regard.
The steel broadly used throughout KSA is of TWO grades especially G50 & G60, in which G stands for galvanizing thickness. Here G60 means a zinc coating of 0.60 oz/ft2 (general on each sides) or a thickness of about 0.5 mils (1 mil =0.001 inches) is furnished on every side of the steel.
